Hole No.2: RERE ATU

originally sponsored by Guthrey’s Travel Centre. RERE means FLY and ATU means AWAY so FLY AWAY is a thoroughly suitable name for a long hole. Again, the mountains are in view and again one bunker to the left and another to the right ensure that a golfer must be accurate. (this was one of the holes which had two greens) This was one of the holes with a double green in the earlier days(to the left of the present on.) Wide open spaces was the name of the game in the early days.
